Liability for contents
The use of our apps is at your own risk and for your own account. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Birch Ave disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Birch Ave does not warrant that the features contained in the App will meet any particular requirements or claims you may have, that the App will operate error-free or uninterrupted, that any defects or failures in the App will be corrected, or that the App will be compatible with any particular platform.
Liability for links
Our websites and apps may contain links to external sources over whose content we have no control. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognisable at the time of linking. A permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. As soon as we become aware of any legal infringements, we will remove such links immediately.
