What does beta mean and what should you pay attention to?
A beta version is a pre-release version of a software. It is not yet final and may still contain some bugs. However, we have already tested Mindz - Desktop extensively in an internal test. But if you still find a bug, please send us a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact form below.
Why is there currently no free version?
Currently, our goal is to test all the features of the app. In the context of the beta, we have therefore decided to offer only the Pro version for the time being. We have also decided to reduce the price for all testers.
Are there any ongoing costs with the desktop version?
No! As with the Android version, Mindz is also available on the desktop for a fixed one-time price. During the open beta, this is reduced. So there are no ongoing monthly costs. If you buy Mindz Desktop now, you will also get the upcoming updates for free.
What can I do if I need help using the app?
In the menu under Mindz you will find the help. Here you can contact us directly. Just choose the appropriate request and we will help you as soon as possible. You will also find a link to our YouTube channel where we publish helpful Howto videos.
What should I do if I have ideas for new features?
If you have any ideas for new features or if you miss something that you think should be integrated into the app, please contact us. Simply use the contact form here on the website or the help section in the Mindz App. We look forward to your ideas.
How else can I support you?
We are always very happy when you tell others about us and maybe share your work on social media. It would also be great if you buy the desktop version via the link at the top of this page or the button in the Android app. That way we have to pay a little less commission to Microsoft.
